Criteria for the consideration of capacity requirements

In accordance with the Energy Industry Act, the TSOs and regulated operators of hydrogen transport networks are required to draw up the draft scenario framework for the integrated gas and hydrogen network development plan 2027 by June 30, 2026.

The transmission system operators have published criteria for taking into account additional capacity requirements for storage, production, and LNG facilities, as well as power plant and industrial customers. The deadline for inclusion in the draft 2027 scenario framework is March 13, 2026.
