Accordingly, all transmission system operators and all regulated operators of hydrogen transport networks can participate in the establishment and fulfillment of the tasks of the coordination body in an equal and non-discriminatory manner.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Network development planning<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From the scenario framework to the network development plan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The integrated network development plan for gas and hydrogen is presented every two years. It is preceded by the detailed scenario framework.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scenario framework contains assumptions on the development of production, supply and consumption as well as on exchanges with other countries. Based on the scenario framework confirmed by the BNetzA, the parties involved draft the grid development plan.
